ReplyDeleteI just got a bill from a debt collector for 103.00 myself. I purchased one small jar months ago with a credit card..And months later I get this ?? Scam for sure!!
DeleteIt's a scam! Buyer beware. No free samples with payment of shipping & handling. I paid $10 I'm S&H to get 2 products for a "free trial" on January 27, on February 10th they tried charging me $213 a month. My bank thought it was fraud and called me right away. After that I had to call these people and "cancel", after arguing with the representative on the phone & telling her multiple times I wanted to cancel immediately, she finally said I'd be able to do so only if I either A) sent back the "free trial" and only after they received that they would cancel. Or, B) I could keep the "free trial" for an additional $19.99 per each product. So overall, my "free trial" for 2 Prache products cost me $50. Never again.
ReplyDeleteThe same for me first I didn't have the option of refunding my money so I argued a bit more then I was told 50% refund I no way and stated again they took my money without permission and I wanted what they took her out me on hold again and checked with someone as to what he could do , finally he came back and said they would keep 3.00 and refund 100.00 after staying that fact back to him , he said no that they wanted 20.00 and return the product I finally went with that and was glad to recoup my losses , but of course all the nonsense if having to wait 24 hours for them to email instructions as to where I was to send the cream back , then we I gave them the tracking number , then they would refund my money , told them no I wasn't agreeing to all the bullshit he was trying to feed me and said no , I will give you I week and not a day more to have my money back in my back account period , not waiting until the recurved it back not waiting for them to give tracking number etc etc , one week or I will sue them for alit money then my refund amount. This is a scam to steal your money period , so buyer beware
ReplyDeleteIt totally is a scam! I just received a bill for 103.00 from a debt collector in the mail. I paid shipping and handling for my free trial Months ago..And now I receive that in my mailbox!!! Can burn in hell before I pay anything to these scammers!! Never will order anything again on Fb!!!
